Used as a liveaboard since 2012, Esprit de Vent has a fully equipped galley that includes an instant pot and induction hob and a functioning gas oven and hob. The fridge is efficient, the compressor was replaced during the refit, and there is cutlery and crockery for 6.
4G wifi is accessed through a dedicated router connected to an external antenna.
Charging is provided by 2 x 60-watt solar panels connected initially to the dedicated engine battery, replaced in 2024, and then routed to the domestic 120 amp gel battery via a voltage-sensitive relay, ensuring the engine battery is always charged.
Additional charging is available from the Victron battery charger.
A 600-watt inverter powers the television and laptop whilst at anchor.
She was recently lifted for cleaning, and there is no sign of osmosis. The rigging was checked in February, and there is no sign of rust or deterioration.
