This Westerly Pentland has a green hull, white decks and a centre cockpit. She is an ideal cruising yacht with ketch rig and consists of a forward cabin with with one double berth, another double in the main saloon, and two single berths in the aft cabin. It has a separate heads compartment with a awash basin. Bunk cushions in tweed with burnt orange colour, and grey carpets. It also has diesel cabin heating. This yacht has just been antifouled, hull polished and engine serviced, May 2023. A berth in Chatham Marina is also available.

The accommodation on this Westerly Pentland consists of a forward cabin with with one double berth, another double in the main saloon, which has 1.95m headroom and two single berths in the aft.cabin.
It has a separate heads compartment with a marine head and wash basin with manually pumped cold water.
The saloon has central table which can be moved to accommodate different seating configurations. The bunk cushions are cream in the saloon and burnt orange colour in the cabins and grey carpets. The galley has a single sink with manually pumped cold water, approx 40 gallons, a two burner Electrolux Spirit hob and a cool box. There is a CD/Radio and heating is via a Eberspacher DL3C unit. There is also a sliding navigation station with storage for charts.

History & Construction:
Built in 1979. Green GRP hull and white decks with painted non-slip surfaces.. Wheel steering. Wooden toe rails. Stainless steel stanchions, pulpit. Self-draining cockpit. Owned by the previous owner for the past 25 years and the current owner for the last two years and being sold due to ill health.
The old epoxy was removed in August 2000 and professionally replaced. The yacht was last ashore between November 2022 and May 2023. She was antifouled, hull polished and anodes changed in May 2023.

Beta 30 inboard diesel engine 30HP that was fitted new in October 2018 that has completed approx 600 hours as at 16th June 2023, Shaft drive to a 3 blade propeller with rope cutter. Engine instruments include ev counter, temperature gauge, engine alarms, charging light, oil warning light, hour meter. She has a 25 gallon steel fuel tank and will cruise at 5knots and has a maximum speed of 7 knots. Engine was last serviced in May 2023.
Sails and Spars:
Masthead ketch with deck stepped alloy main, mizzen and boom. Alloy spinnaker pole. Inmast furling mainsail and furling foresail. Stainless steel standing rigging last replaced 2000 and running rigging as and when required.
