Accommodation

Offering 4 comfortable berths in comfortable well laid out interior. Up forward there is the master cabin which is fully lined, curtained and upholstered with good headroom. Generous island bed with cushioned headboard, storage under and mirrored bulkhead. Opening roof hatch with internal sliding privacy cover. Hanging locker. Twin vanity units. To port there is the double guest cabin with a comfortable double berth. Hanging locker & two opening portholes.


Opposite to starboard is the heads compartment with a Vetus electric fresh water marine toilet, holding tank & macerator. A lovely Corian work surface with a basin and pressurised hot & cold water. Shower with shower tray that drains into a grey water tank. Two opening portholes. Moving up into the saloon where you have a L-shaped dinette with a lowering table and good storage. Opposite to starboard there is the linear galley with a 3 burner gas hob with an oven & grill (new 2020). Corian worktop with a stainless steel sink and pressurised hot & cold water. Large draining area under the hinged helm seat. 49 litre Isotherm fridge with freezer box. The helm position is to starboard with engine controls & dials. Navigation equipment and a large helm seat. The saloon is fully lined with removeable carpets & has light blue upholstery. Large manual sliding roof by Webasto. Four opening windows.


Folding bi-fold, solid sapele doors leading into the spacious and comfortable cockpit with L-shaped seating and good storage.

Construction

Built by Windboats Marine Ltd in 2013 with Lloyds approved isophthalic gel coats and resins. Stiffened with heavy GRP foam filled stringers, re-enforced with GRP accommodation and services framework which is bonded to the hull or stringers, engine beds integral to the frame with steel reinforced engine mount.


Blue GRP hull with white water line. White GRP superstructure with balsa reinforcing to tread and load areas, with moulded non-slip decks with stainless steel handrails. Synthetic teak lad cockpit sole. Stainless steel bathing platform. Long keel/skeg with twin spade rudders. Stainless steel radar arch.


All seacocks replaced in 2020.

Located under a large & soundproofed hatch in the cockpit is the Yanmar 6BY3 marine diesel engine with approximately 470 hours. 6 cylinders, 220hp. Shaft driven to a 4 bladed propeller via a V drive. Turbo charged. Freshwater cooled via a heat exchanger. Trim tabs with indicator. Prop-Protector rope cutter. Tides Marine dripless stern seal and cutlass bearing (new 2020). Single lever controls. Approximately 335 litre fuel tank. Serviced end of last season.
